Look ma, I'm on Gothamist!

I suppose it's very meta to link to an interview that talks about and links to this very site, but I was thrilled to participate in one of Gothamist's famous interviews and so I'm posting it here anyway. I currently have a killer cold, so I apologize for the infrequency of my posts over the last few days. I'm hoping to be back up and running at full-speed by Wednesday!

I'll state here that that was a really good interview, and I am not even someone who has an interest in beauty tips. And you're very lovely.

As a 24 year old woman myself, I think you are handling all of this with incredible grace, dignity, and intelligence! I cannot wait for your book to come out and all of the other projects that come your way. A stint on MTV would be fab!

I'll say the reason why I check out this website is because all of the topics interest me, and Nadine is my age as well. We totally are on two different paths in life...and its interesting to see what she's doing. Some info about me: I'm turning 25 next week, have a 22 month old son, a husband, my own house, a long hair chihuahua named Diego, and starting up a new job next week. I'm originally from Southern New England, but 4 years ago started moving around the country-- Thats me in a nut shell.

After reading your Gothamist interview, I was compelled to post a tribute to you on my own blog. Congrats, and you look fabulous!

that's actually one of the better interviews I've read, because there seemed to be no spin on what was said. I do wish you luck with where you're going in life. :) And yes, y'all do wear less makeup and spend more on your hair up there than we do down here...women down here wear TONS of makeup and put their hair in sloppy ponytails (Don't GET me started...)
