Ciao, it's George!

I think this is the funniest thing I've heard all day. While talking about Brad What's-his-name and that chick he's dating, George Clooney confirms that a pair of Belgian tourists walked right through the gates of his impenetrable Lake Como compound by simply pressing the buzzer and calling out, "Ciao, it's George!" Why, naturally! Only in Italy. (Oh, yeah, and Brad and Angelina are very happy together. Isn't that nice.)

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm sickened by the Brad Camp comments. They're always quoted as saying things like, "Ive never seen Brad happier". Or, "What a nice change for Brad, he actually hangs out again". Paalese! As if Jen had him tied to a tree in their backyard all the time. But, of course, who WOULD trash Brad's nice piece of a**? I guess I should just learn to deal. But it's still so sad...

I love the fact that he's as old as my husband and my husband looks at him and says "If HE can look like that then so can I" and he works toward it.

but I hate how he's done this. I hope anjie enjoys her dinner.

Any articles (and there are many) regarding the likes of Brad and Angie, I stay away from because they just p*** me off!

I find it a bit annoying and disengenuous how celebs kiss each other's butts when they comment on their respective new relationships. They all act as though their celeb friend wasn't wildly in love for a few years, several times before. E.g. when Cruise-Cruz made its debut, Cameron Crowe was quoted in an article about how endearing it was to see Cruz (falling in love) on the set of Vanilla Sky with Cruise. Um, Cruise was still married at the time, Cameron. Wasn't that comment disrespectful to then Missus? When TomKat debuted on Oprah's coach(barf bag on stand by), Oprah (you're still my girl) added fuel to Tom's fire by acting as if he was a total newbie in the love game. Did she forget her conversation with Kidman after the divorce? I guess they just don't want to rock the boat with public statements, but c'mon, give me a break....rant over.

I completely agree with Marigot. Like Oprah calling Sheryl Crow the love of Lance Armstrong's life?? I guess she forgot about the woman who bore him 5 kids and saw him through testicular cancer and 5 Tour de France wins. It's like smearing it in their ex's face...And if I was Nicole Kidman, I would never go on Oprah again. But I would tune in for her Brad and Angelina interview - like that's ever gonna happen.

I understood your original post and agreed with you. I've noticed that what you commented (e.g. "I've never seen him/her so in love before) on has been a celeb trend for a while and I had to rant.
